WHY CHOOSE GRENADA CITIZENSHIP BY INVESTMENT?

The Grenada Citizenship by Investment Program is the only one in the Caribbean to offer visa-free travel to China and Russia, in addition to Europe and over 140 countries in total.

It is also the only Caribbean citizenship by investment jurisdiction that is an E-2 Visa Treaty Country, meaning that citizens of Grenada may apply for an E-2 visa in the U.S.A.

GRENADA CITIZENSHIP BY INVESTMENT REQUIREMENTS

In addition to making the necessary investment or donation there are several requirements that applicants must meet for Grenada.

FAMILY REQUIREMENTS

Family members can be included in the application for Grenada citizenship. The main investor can include:

  • Spouse
  • Dependent Children
  • Dependent Parents over 55 years
  • Siblings over 18 years old, must be unmarried with no children
DUE DILIGENCE REQUIREMENTS

All applicants will need to be of good character and undergo the Grenada government’s due diligence formalities. Investors must provide:

  • Police Reports – evidence of a clean criminal record
  • Have no outstanding visa refusals
  • Various documentation, including financial documents, employment/ business documents, ID, proof of address
MINIMUM STAY REQUIREMENTS

Grenada’s Citizenship by Investment programme does not require applicants to meet any minimum stay requirements. Grenadian citizens will have the right to live, work or study in Grenada should they choose to, but this is not a pre-requisite of the programme. There is also no language test required.

PROCEDURE FOR THE GRENADA CITIZENSHIP BY INVESTMENT PROGRAM

The application process for Grenadian citizenship is efficient and uncomplicated, and the applicant is not required to visit Grenada to complete the process.

The Grenadian citizenship by investment application pack will be delivered to you by Henley & Partners. It will include all the relevant documentation, accompanied by detailed instructions. Once everything is returned to us, we will double-check the application for completeness and accuracy to minimize the possibility of rejection.

Applicants are not required to pick up their passports in person. Henley & Partners will coordinate the collection process and send the passport(s) to the client.

Under the real estate option, the time frame may vary depending upon the project. Therefore, it is important to select a real estate project that is able to provide the necessary paperwork from the developer. Henley & Partners will guide you in this regard.
